Characteristics:
The new Consum SCV Regulating Logistics Center at the Zona Franca in Barcelona bunches the activity of different centers that where located at the Barcelona metropolitan area, enlarging the capacity and providing more efficiency to its distribution network. The supermarkets cooperative wants to reduce the delivery times and improve the products variety and rotation with this new center.
The design of the buildings allows an agile reception, storage, preparation and expedition process integrating several automatisms.
The platform has been built in three stages that have been stacked in service in a staggered way, so that the following works does not affect the activity development.
