The complex of buildings that is planned for the National Museum of Archaeology of Peru has a total constructed area of 66,106.80 m2 and is located in the district of Lurin, in an area near the Site Museum of the Shrine of Pachacamac.
This complex comprises two buildings:
• The main building is a 5-storey building, two of which are underground and three above ground (including a mezzanine). The rooms in the two basements are intended for research rooms and storage rooms. The rooms above the exhibition halls, offices, halls, an auditorium and archive.
• The service building has two levels under the subsoil. They are used for parking, loading and unloading areas, warehouses, installation rooms, etc.
The contracted services consist of the analysis of all the installations defined in the technical file of the project, the approach of optimizations to the defined solutions, the development of value engineering, technical assistance during the purchasing period and technical assistance during the construction period.
