Study and analysis of the general high and low tension electric installations of the entire building that has 34 floors over the ground and 4 underground floors, with an installed power for 5.750 upgradable kVA.

Characteristics:

The performance consists on the previous study of the buildings as-build documentation, doing on field visits to verify the more than 100 switch panels taking a special attention on the regulation of the panels in order to create a selectivity plan that allows isolating any failure that may can happen.

During this process the consumed power of the building has been analyzed in order to gain economic savings, also, isolation tests of the conducts and a thermography study have been carried out in order to identify the weak points of the installation.
