The expansion of the City of Barcelona Les Corts District Headquarters by constructing an administrative building with 2.105 m2 surface area distributed into a ground floor, three upper floors and two underground floors and the re-arrangement of the existing building all in the Plaza de las Comas in the Catalan capital city.

The Citizen Services Office which comprises a waiting area and adjacent spaces, a back office, the manager’s office, storage rooms and waste room are located on the ground floor. Public services and services for internal personnel are found in the main area.

The first, second and third floors were planned free of dividing walls so as to achieve total flexibility allowing for any changes that occur in how the administrative activities are carried out inside.

The function room with a capacity for 128 people and an independent street entrance from calle Masfarrer is located on the first underground floor.  A meeting room and toilets are situated towards the back.

Finally, the second underground floor houses the municipal archives and the district warehouse as well as the technical room with the centralised control panel for all facilities.
