The Secretariat for Regional, Urban Development and Metropolitan Management (Sedru) and the Agency for the Development of the Belo Horizonte Metropolitan Area (ARMBH) are organizing the fifth RMBH Metropolitan Conference with the aim to expose the existing differences in the Belo Horizonte Metropolitan Area and compromises between the public administration, the private sector and the society in favor of the metropolitan development.
The event will count with the participation of representative sectors from 50 municipalities from RMBH and the metropolitan area and will promote the debate about the control and social participation, the territorial regulation, the urban mobility and the urban solid waste.
The conference will be taken place between November 9th and November 11th in the Administrative City of the Minas Gerais State and its access is open to all citizens interested to take part at the debates and proposals that will consolidate the future planning of the related actions regarding the public service improvement at the RMBH.
IDP, represented by Mr. Vicente Jiménez, Corporative Director for Industry, Environment and Energy at IDP Group, takes part in the Metropolitan Management Forum, specifically in the Urban Solid Waste Integral Management area.
His presentation will be focused on the formation of public organisms and their private association thru the analysis of administrative models, conformation risks and on the operation and the competitive advantages in economic matters, centralized administrative management, fare systems and service charges for education and divulgation.
