IDP HAS BEEN AWARDED WITH A NEW CONTRACT IN GUYANA
IDP is trusted once again by the Ministry of the Local Government and Regional Development of Guyana and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) based in Washington, by winning the contract to oversee the international consulting of the Management Program for Solid Waste in Georgetown; In concerning to the public governance of the garbages dumps and deposits in Georgetown (Le Repentir, Lusignan and Diamond Grove).Georgetown with 457,875 inhabitants is the capital of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, a country located northern of South America, UNASUR member, bordered on the north by the Atlantic Ocean, on the east by Suriname, Venezuela on the west and Brasil on the south.With this new contract are now three the projects made by “IDP” in the field of management and treatment of solid waste in Guyana in the last 2 years. IDP has established itself as a specialist consulting company on environmental issues in Latin America and the Caribbean where up today IDP has already done similar work in other countries.
