IDP FULFILLS WITH BIM THE PROJECT OF THE NEW IPSA BUILDING IN MANAGUA

In the frame of the Sustainable Agriculture Promotion Programme of the Agriculture Ministry of Nicaragua, IDP has fulfilled the project draft and design of the new DGPSA (Agriculture Protection and Sanitation Direction General) administrative building for the Agriculture Protection and Sanitation Institute (IPSA) in Managua (Nicaragua).

The building, projected with BIM technology by the IDP team directed by the architect Manuel Rivas, consists of a main floor and a mezzanine floor for the administrative offices; two annexed volumes to the main floor for the restaurant and cafeteria and a storage with a total surface of 3.509m2.

This performance also includes the urbanization of a plot area to adequate it as a parking lot, with 242 parking spaces (for visitors and employees).

With this performance IDP positions as a strategic partner in Latin America for all those companies with investment projects in that region and consolidates as a referent company in the development of BIM projects.
