On April 11th, IDP delivered the final executive projects and took part at the agreements signature act with the Mayor’s Offices and the Universities for the transfer of the financial resources of the Santa Catarina State Government that are necessary for the construction of the seven Innovation Centers in the cities of Blumenau, Chapecó, Itajaí, Jaraguá do Sul, Joaçaba, São Bento do Sul and Tubarão, projected by IDP with BIM (Building Information Modelling) technology.
The event was attended by the Governor of the State of Santa Catarina, Raimundo Colombo, The Secretary of Sustainable Economic Development, Lucia Dellagnelo, The Secretary of Planning, Murilo Flores, The Secretary of State for Finance, Antonio Marcos Gavazzoni, The FAPESC President, Sérgio Luiz Gargioni, and the Federal Representative, ex-Secretary of State for Sustainable Economic Development and main responsible for the Innovation Centers viability, Paulo Bornhausen, as well as the Mayors, University Rectors and other State and Municipal Representatives. According to Paulo Bornhausen, it was an historic event for Santa Catarina’s technologic and economic development.
Other 5 cities in Santa Catarina will also have a new Innovation Center (Florianópolis, Joinville, Criciuma, Rio do Sul and Brusque), an unprecedented initiative of the Santa Catarina State Government thru the Secretary of State for Sustainable Economic Development.
A big challenge for IDP, showing again it’s experience at the development of projects using BOM technology, and in this case working at the projects with the Open BIM system from it’s 4 production centers (Sabadell, Madrid, Florianópolis and Río de Janeiro).
