BIM is a work methodology, supported by different specialized software for the elaboration and management of projects, which allows to design, project, organize and direct the digital construction of the work, integrating all the information in a parameterized, complete, unique and centralized model shared by all the agents that will intervene during the whole life cycle of the building, infrastructure, etc.


We have a team of surveyors specialized in laser scanning and treatment of Point Clouds.Once the intended use of the BIM Model has been determined and the information available to carry out the survey has been analysed, we define the level of geometric detail and information required according to the nature of the elements to be modeled. We then design a productive strategy to respond to the cases and/or levels of uncertainty that have been detected.        


As an engineer, we design and calculate multidisciplinary projects at BIM. The resulting models have a standardized information level and data structure internally for each phase of the project lifecycle, thus optimizing their link to calculation, budgeting, planning or facility management software.

We have automated modeling and quality control systems that guarantee the coherence of the information built.


We integrate in a single Federated Model all the disciplines of the project. We audit the structure of the data information and perform interference detection according to a previously designed collision matrix. We report these interferences grouped, categorized according to severity and/or level of responsibility.


We model and codify the elements of the BIM Model according to items, units of measurement and base budget structure. Regardless of the modeling software required by the project in question, we group all your measurements in a single database, which can be consulted and/or organized as needed. We have solutions for the most common budget software on the market.


With the aim of optimizing the decision process of our clients and improving the presentation of projects, our programmers create ad hoc applications that allow interaction with the model as it would in real life, analyzing, simulating, driving, and therefore interacting with geometry, materials and objects, allowing changes and feedbacks in real time and in a natural way. We link work planning to the BIM model, with the aim of checking and/or optimising this planning.

During the process, we detect both modeled elements that have not been planned and planned elements that have not been modeled and are strategically relevant. This is a highly demanded service in complex and/or large-scale works that require meticulous control of the risk in terms of time/money.


In the supervision of the works, we raise periodic Point-clouds to record the progress of the work. We then compare these "static clouds" with the BIM Model to see the differences and progressively generate the As-Built model. The visualization of this model is of great support both for constructors in the conception of reports to certify, and for Project Managers and final clients who want to audit the work of the awarded construction company.


We develop custom CDE's (Common Data Environment) according to the needs of each Project/Client.

We use our own folder structure inspired by the British standard PAS 1192, but adapted to the peculiarities of the country in which we work. As far as information flows are concerned, for each project we define simple communication and collaboration protocols that allow us to reach high levels of traceability and transparency through open BIM formats.


We develop Augmented Reality tools that allow us to superimpose virtual elements over our vision of reality, and therefore complement the real environment with digital objects. Among other things, AR allows us, for example, to visualize hidden installations (underground or in the ceiling) as well as their information parameters, optimizing any action to be carried out in that environment.    


This is an IDP BIM audit tool. It consists of personalized interactive dashboards (dashboards) at the service of the Auditor/Customer, which allow to assess compliance with previously established prescriptions, visualize standard indicators of "BIM quality" and / or monitor the evolution of measurements of a project in the design or construction phase.

How do we do it? We extract relevant data from the Model that we want to analyze and we read it in a friendly way with a Business Intelligence considering the desired user experience in the consultation of the same. This allows us to evaluate the relevant information without having to open any BIM Model.


Beyond complying with the legal framework of each country as far as the BIM is concerned, which is the reason why many companies request an implantation in their company, our mission as consultants is based on overcoming many of the disadvantages arising from the traditional working methodology. To facilitate the transfer of information between internal and external agents and consequently increase the efficiency in the use of human and instrumental resources.
